MMSTATION Returns and Shipping Risk Policy
- All sales are considered final sale. No trial service of any merchandise is to be provided. Once the package is opened, merchandise cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.
- All returned merchandise must be in the original condition when sold and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Merchandise that are improperly stored, altered, used, damaged due to wear and tear (including but not limited to size modification, washing, leather oiling, etc.), will not be returned.
- Product quality problems caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering of labels and anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. will not be returned.
- Merchandise with free gifts, combined sales products, gift packs, and packages cannot be partially returned
- If customer mails products to our company instead of presenting the products physically at our company for returns, MM Station does not bear the responsibility for storage, re-shipment and refund. MM Station has the right to dispose of the returned products when necessary
- Product images and information are for illustrative purposes and reference only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. The actual product shall prevail should differences arise.
- All returned merchandise must be in the original condition when sold and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Any gift with purchase must be returned with the merchandise in order to the return to be valid. All merchandise sold at MM Station carry the security tags of MM Station; and MM Station retains image files of all merchandise. Merchandise image(s) would be sent to customer(s) for review by email before shipment. If the product is returned without the MM Station security tag, it will not be returned.
- Return or exchange of any nature is only accepted within 72 hours of receipt of products (subject to the receipt time stamp shown on the courier company's receipt). For watches and clocks, electronically-enabled goods, accessories, customers will have to present the merchandise to the manufacturer/dealer for warranty servicing. Some brands may not have first year free warranty. In such cases, customers will have to pay for repairs and servicing.
- If there is a quality problem with the merchandise, please take a clear photo of the issue in question with detailed explanation in an email directed to MM Station. Our team will examine the issue in question for return and exchange approval. Once the return and exchange is approved, MM Station will notify customer on returning the merchandise to MM Station. You are encouraged to re-use the packing materials MM Station sent with the merchandise for the return. Packaging for the return must provide excellent protection – please use abundant padding and filling to avoid damages to the returned merchandise. Please pay for the freight charge up front and present your freight charge receipt to MM Station.
- Note that buyer shall bear the risk of improper handling and return of the goods for any reason during the shipping process. MM Station Champs Station will not make any compensation or refund should the merchandise arrive MM Station damaged.
- Buyer will have to bear the cost of freight when returning merchandise to MM Station as a result of non-quality related issues.
- Customers should return merchandise to MM Station as soon as return and exchanged is approved. Please also notify the name of the courier company as well as the waybill number for follow-up by MM Station.
- When returning goods, please be sure to return the original packaging, with original box and bags; accessories, labels, instructions, original proof of purchase, delivery note, and invoice. If the returned goods are missing the original delivery note, the express delivery receipt or the package is damaged / lost, return and exchange will not be processed/accepted even during the return period.
- MM Station ensures that products sold are genuine and free of quality problems. If you have doubts about the authenticity of products, please present written certification of a professional quality assurance and inspection institution, and the MM Station will handle in accordance with national regulations.
- The above exchange policy does not apply to merchandise purchased directly from store.
- Regarding the above returns and exchanges and shipping policies, MM Station reserves the right to amend without any written notice.
- Customers are kindly requested to return all packaged gifts to the following address for processing. Merchandise or gift with purchase that have been used or damaged will not be returned or exchanged.
- All orders paid by credit card on this website require 5 to 7 WORKING days to verify the payment. When the payment is verified we will process to ship your order immediately
